Jane leads a three part workout class that can be done all at
once or in 3 different sections. The first part is a 20 minute
aerobic workout that can be done at high or low intensity. Next
comes a 20 minute total body stretch out on the floor. And the
class ends with a 15 minute stress reduction program.

poses that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, and with
repeated practice this offers what Fonda calls "an excellent
